Unused or partially used gift card value is non-refundable.

5. Delivery of Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered via Email
Delivery time may range from instant to up to 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for providing correct email ID and mobile number.
Paylux is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect contact details.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once delivered, gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds are applicable only for failed or duplicate payments, subject to verification.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibility & Security
Customers must keep their gift card codes and details secure.
Paylux shall not be responsible for loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
